Our "5-Level Trust Shield" (Vetting Process)

The biggest barrier to hiring a home carer is security and trust.

1. Professional Verification (NMCN)

We don’t just take their word for it. Every nurse must provide their Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license. We verify these directly with the council's portal to ensure they are active and in good standing.

2. Identity & Background Security

Safety is our priority. Our vetting includes:
  • NIN Verification: Cross-referencing National Identity Numbers.
  • Guarantor Checks: We require two credible physical guarantors (e.g., a community leader, a senior civil servant, or a long-term employer) who are interviewed by our security team.
  • Address Verification: We physically visit the homes of our staff before they ever step into yours.

3. Clinical Competency Assessment

Being a nurse on paper isn't enough. Our Lead Nurse conducts a practical "skills test" covering:
  • Emergency response protocols.
  • Proper use of medical equipment (BP monitors, Glucometers).
  • Patient handling and bedside manner.
With Yomade HealthCare Nursing Agency, you aren’t just hiring a nurse; you are securing peace of mind for your family and a higher quality of life for those you love.

4. Health & Sanitization Screening

To protect our patients, especially the elderly and infants, all our staff undergo medical screenings for infectious diseases. We ensure our team is fit to provide care in a home environment.

5. Continuous Training & Ethics

Once hired, our nurses undergo mandatory training in Home Care Ethics and Patient Privacy. We teach them how to be "invisible" but attentive, respecting the boundaries of your home.
